Member Updates

The 2025 Annual Bear Lake West POA Meeting is scheduled for August 9, 2025, alongside the Annual HOA and joint Amenities Meetings. The event will take place at the Sunrise Event Center, located at 865 N, Harbor Village E Dr, Garden City, UT 84028. Please note that parking can be limited, so it's advisable to arrive early and consider carpooling with neighbors.
 
Meeting Schedule
10:00 AM – 11:00 AM – POA Meeting in Moose Hollow (Lower Level)
This session will provide updates from the Board and staff regarding POA responsibilities, including roads, water, maintenance, financials, and other administrative matters.
 
11:00 AM – 11:30 AM – Refreshments in Sunrise Hall (Main Level)
 
11:30 AM – 12:30 PM – Joint HOA/POA Amenities Meeting in Sunrise Hall (Main Level)
This session will provide updates from the Amenities Board and staff regarding our jointly owned assets, such as the golf course, clubhouse, and pool.
