Bear Lake West Community
The Bear Lake West community consists of two homeowners associations: HOA & POA. This map identifies lots in both associations.
The Bear Lake West POA consists of 402 lot owners in Bear Lake West Plats B & C, which are accessible at the top of Loveland Lane. See page 2 on the linked map above.
The Bear Lake West HOA consists of 626 lot owners with property in Bear Lake West Subdivisions 1-10, which include Country Club Estates, the Golden Bear Condos , and Subdivisions 11-14 on Lakeside Drive. See page 1 on the linked map above.
We jointly own the Bear Lake West HOA/POA Amenities Association.
