The 2026 HOA, POA, and Amenities Annual Meeting will again be at the Sunrise Event Center in Garden City. The meeting will be held on the third Saturday in August, the 15th.

 

As in previous years, the POA Member Meeting will run from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. in Moose Hollow Room, while the HOA will meet concurrently in the Moose Hollow Room. At approximately 11:00 a.m., both meetings will adjourn for a short refreshment break. The Amenities Meeting will begin at 11:30 a.m. and conclude around 12:30 p.m.  This reservation was coordinated between Amy Karcher, Treasurer of the POA and Karen Sexton, Accountant of the HOA. 

 

The third Saturday was selected because the second Saturday conflicts with Raspberry Days in Garden City.
